This perennial is an easy-to-grow producer of 3/4 inch dessert-quality fruits which ripen to a reddish purple.  Self-pollinating.  Rust and mildew resistant.
Prefers partial to full sun and rich soil in a well-drained location. 5 ft wide and 3 ft tall.
Deer resistant; the leaves contain hydrogen cyanide and should not be fed to animals.
